Frequently Asked Questions

It’s recommended to order with at least two weeks notice but work on a first come first served basis. We get booked up quite quickly so best to get your order in ASAP!
Either! We use Addison Lee couriers so the delivery charge will be dependent on location, or you can collect from our premises in NW London.
The cakes travel very well so don’t be scared! They’re most secure on the floor of a car and it moves around less.
Once collected, the cake will be fine out the fridge in a cool place. If it’s being consumed the following day, keep airtight in the fridge overnight. Let it come to room temperature before serving (no one likes hard buttercream!)
The cake can be made without nuts, however we must stress that the same mixing bowls and utensils etc are used for all cakes and products, therefore cannot guarantee 100% free from nuts and all other allergens.
The cake can be made using a gluten free flour, however must stress the gluten is present in the kitchen so cannot guarantee 100% gluten free.
Nope, sorry! All cakes are made with 100% butter and eggs.
Unfortunately not. The amount of food colouring needed to colour sponge is more than we feel comfortable using. Same goes for red velvet...sorry kids!
If you have a specific request, please email
Unfortunately we don’t work with modelling fondant. If you would like to incorporate a specific theme of some kind, get in touch and we can see what we can do!
Cake toppers are ordered separately and start from £10 extra. If you would like to personalise your cake with a topper then get in touch!

Gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens are present in the kitchen, for more information contact
Whilst we use as little food colouring as possible, we must advise that this may have and adverse effect on children.
